    Personal development training, a growth mindset, and working towards career goals were encouraged. Team structure created a friendly piece of work environment. Remote piece of work policies respected employees' health choices. Employees could volunteer to move teams, exist "loaned" to unlike departments, or shadow other roles to further expand their skill set.

    Cons

    Extended remote work and frequent shuffling of teams made it difficult to build lasting relationships with peers.

It is nifty to hear that our internal mobility, squad collaboration, and remote work flexibility accept all had a positive affect on your experience.
